Stakeholder committee members to be OK'd
The City Council has approved the formation of a community Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) to help determine the best use of the SJMC site. SSJMCC supports this process and looks forward to participating.
The City Staff will provide a list of their suggested SAC members in a report to the City Council on April 4, 2006 at the 7 pm session for their approval. The people involved in the SAC are very important. There must be good strong community representation since there are sure to be other interests expressed. We will be responding to the report.
Since community
involvement has always been the basis of our strength, show your support!
Our basic position calls for a clinic asap and 5 acre set aside for a future health facility/ hospital.
